At Pomuni, we are dedicated to supplying high-quality private-label fresh potatoes and frozen potato products to retailers, wholesalers and food service providers. Our passion and expertise have been cultivated over generations, bridging the gap between field and table with unwavering commitment.
Our journey began in the 1920s when the Muyshondt family established a fruit and vegetable trading company focused on local Belgian markets. Over the decades, we expanded into neighbouring countries and, in the 1970s, chose to specialise exclusively in potatoes. Today, four generations later, Pomuni stands as a thriving family business renowned for our delicious potatoes and potato products.
Operating as an integrated group, we specialise in the cultivation, procurement, trading and processing of fresh potatoes and frozen potato products. Our group comprises three companies across two sites in Belgium — Ranst and Thorembais-les-Béguines — and a branch in Esquelbecq, France. This structure enables us to work flexibly and meet every customer demand, no matter where they are located.
